Damon L. Chavez is an affiliate agent with RE/MAX Professionals in Littleton, not a Kenna employee, and the one member of our circle who holds a divorce real estate designation: Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist, plus Level I and II Collaborative Divorce Professional training, and a listing with Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals. He has worked with divorcing couples for more than 12 years and is also a Certified Residential Appraiser. When a case needs a designated specialist or a collaborative-divorce real estate neutral, Damon is who we bring in. No Kenna Real Estate Group member currently holds a divorce designation, and we do not claim one.
