Anonymous questions

Question cards, first-name-only name tags if you want one, and no attendee list shared with presenters.

What happens

A two-hour presentation in three parts (Colorado family law; the money after divorce; the house and future housing) with a rotating fourth specialist, then a moderated anonymous Q&A, then optional question stations where you can talk to any presenter for a few minutes. You can leave after the presentation; nothing important is hidden in the last half hour.

How Colorado divorce actually works, what to expect from the court, what your rights look like.

Refinancing, qualifying on one income, divorce-specific loan questions, what is realistic at today’s rates.

The emotional terrain, whether you are trying to save the marriage or end it with as little damage as possible.

Questions people ask before they come

Is it really free?

Yes. The professionals donate their time because people going through divorce deserve good information.

Do I have to be sure I am getting divorced?

No. Many attendees are still deciding. The workshop gives clarity, not a push.

Will my spouse know I am there?

Only if you tell them. We do not contact spouses, share attendee lists, or follow up in any way that would compromise your privacy.

Can I bring someone with me?

Absolutely. A friend, a family member, even your attorney.

Can spouses attend together?

Yes, and some do. Seating is separate if you prefer.

Is it a sales presentation?

No. Nobody is asked to sign anything, and the presenters are not given your information. If you want to talk to one of them afterward, you decide.

What if I cannot make a Saturday?

Every talk is online at the virtual workshop, or book a free 20-minute discovery call about the house.

Is the room accessible? Can I get a language accommodation?

The building is accessible. Tell us what you need in the message when you reserve and we will arrange it.

Plain-language education, not advice. Divorce Decisions is published by The Kenna Real Estate Group at Keller Williams DTC, a real estate team. Nothing here is legal, tax, lending or financial advice, and reading it does not create any professional relationship. Colorado law and lender rules change; confirm anything that matters to your case with a licensed Colorado attorney, a tax professional, and your lender. See our full disclaimer.
