What this site collects

• Nothing to read. Every page, guide and recording on divorceworkshopsco.com is open. No account, no email wall, no pop-up asking who you are.
• Forms. When you register for the Zoom, request a guide, book a Divorce Home Strategy Session or send a question, we receive what you typed: your name, email, phone, your message, and your answer to the question about whether we may contact you (Yes or No).
• Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages help. It records the page you viewed, your device type and a rough location from your IP address. It does not tell us who you are. Google sets cookies for this; your browser can block them and the site still works.
• Server logs. Our web host keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security and troubleshooting and deletes them on its normal schedule.

Where your form goes

Form submissions are stored in Follow Up Boss, the customer database used by The Kenna Real Estate Group, and a copy is emailed to homes@kennarealestate.com. Your record is tagged with the page you used (for example, the Zoom registration or the guide you asked for) so the person who reads it knows what you wanted.

How we use it

• If you answered Yes: expect one call or text to offer a time to talk, from Damon L. Chavez or Brian Lee Burke. Reply STOP or say no, and that is the end of it.
• If you answered No: you still get what you asked for (the Zoom link, the guide). Nobody calls, texts or emails you.
• No drip campaigns. Divorce leads are never placed in automated email or text sequences. Every message from us is written by a person.
• No selling, no sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with attorneys, lenders, title companies or workshop presenters unless you ask us to introduce you.

Zoom and recordings

The monthly Zoom is recorded for the workshop library. Attendees are not shown on the recording; you can keep your camera off and your name hidden, and questions sent ahead are read without names.

Third-party links

Pages link to Colorado courts, state agencies, kennarealestate.com and a few partner sites (Rate for lending, Zoom for the workshop). Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers divorceworkshopsco.com only.

Browsing privately and the quick exit

Every page carries a Quick exit button that replaces the page with Google in one tap; pressing Esc twice does the same. The steps for private browsing on a shared computer or phone are on Privacy and browsing safely.

Your choices

• See, correct or delete your record: email homes@kennarealestate.com from the address you used, or call or text 303-955-4220. We delete the record within 10 business days and confirm.
• Stop contact: reply STOP to any text, or say so on a call. It is honored the same day.
• Analytics cookies: block them in your browser or with an ad blocker; nothing on the site depends on them.

Children

This site is written for adults going through a divorce. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
