Book a free discovery call about the house
Sometimes the hardest part of a divorce is figuring out what to do about the house. Twenty minutes with someone who has done this hundreds of times can change the whole picture. No sales pitch. No commitment. Just real answers.
Call or text 303-955-4220. A live person answers. Not a robot, not a phone tree.
20 minutes, confidential
With Brian Burke, team leader of The Kenna Real Estate Group and founder of the workshop.
Value, options, next step
What the house is likely worth, whether selling, refinancing or holding fits, what to do first.
A pitch, a listing, legal advice
You do not have to hire us. It is not a substitute for your attorney.
Welcome, together or separately
We give both sides the same information. That is the whole point.
Where you are in the process and what is keeping you up at night. Your home: its likely value today, its condition, and what your options look like. Whether selling, refinancing or holding makes the most sense for your situation. How Colorado’s equitable-distribution rule affects the house. And the next right step, even if that step does not involve hiring us.
What this call is not
- A sales pitch.
- A pressure tactic.
- A commitment to list your home.
- A replacement for legal advice from your attorney, tax advice from your CPA, or a lender’s pre-approval.
This call is free because we think good information should not be a luxury during one of the hardest times in your life. Whether you eventually work with us or not, you should walk away knowing more than you did when you picked up the phone.
Meet Brian Burke
Brian Lee Burke is the team leader and employing broker of The Kenna Real Estate Group at Keller Williams DTC (KWDTC) and the founder of the Colorado divorce workshop. He has worked in Colorado real estate since 2002 and spent another 25 years in construction, including 13 as a multifamily superintendent, which is why his valuations come with a condition note. He has worked with divorcing homeowners across the Front Range, from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, and is committed to a neutral approach that protects both spouses and the house. He is the author of two books on real estate. More about Brian.
