How to read this site privately

• Use a private or incognito window on a device your spouse does not use. It keeps the pages out of that device’s history and cookies.
• Know what it does not do. It does not hide activity from a shared Google or Apple account that syncs, from a work or home network log, or from a phone plan’s records. Location sharing and shared photo libraries are separate settings; check them.
• Do not delete your whole history. A suddenly empty history is a tell. Private mode from the start leaves nothing to delete.
• Use your own email and phone for anything you send us, or ask us to reply by text. Change passwords on your own email and financial logins and turn on two-factor.
• If someone monitors your device, use a library computer or a trusted friend’s phone for anything sensitive. The National Domestic Violence Hotline (800-799-7233, text START to 88788) can help with a safety plan, including technology.

What this site collects

• Nothing to read. No account, no email gate.
• If you send a form, call or text: what you send us, used only to reply to you. It goes to homes@kennarealestate.com and is kept in our contact records. We do not sell it, share it with workshop presenters, or add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be on one.
• Analytics: standard, aggregated website analytics (page views, device type, general location) so we know which pages help. No advertising retargeting pixels run on the divorce pages.
• Workshop registration: your name and contact for the reservation and a reminder. Presenters never receive the list.
• Cookies: only what the site needs to work and the analytics above.

What we never do

• Contact your spouse or anyone else about you.
• Share attendee or inquiry lists with presenters, lenders or anyone else.
• Send confirmation emails you did not ask for.
• Sell or rent your information.
