Lender relationship

Mike Oswald (NMLS 261003) is a loan officer with Rate, Inc. (NMLS 2611), an independent mortgage lender. The Kenna Real Estate Group is not affiliated with Rate and receives no fee, payment or thing of value for referrals to Mike or to Rate. You are free to shop for and select any lender. Rate examples on this site use Freddie Mac weekly averages and are illustrations, not offers; all loans are subject to credit approval.

Workshop presenters

Attorneys, financial professionals, mediators, therapists, title and other presenters at the workshop are independent Colorado professionals who volunteer their time. They are not employees or agents of Kenna, they do not receive attendee information, and no referral fees are paid or received in any direction. Their credentials are verified before they present; each remains responsible for their own licensing, ethical and advertising obligations.

Fair housing
