Our workshop is the free monthly Zoom, Divorce and the House: Sell It, Keep It or Buy Out Your Spouse?, the second Saturday of every month, 9:00 to 10:00 AM Mountain: a real estate professional, a mortgage professional and a title professional, focused on what to do with the house, answering the questions you send ahead. Damon L. Chavez also holds the real estate seat on the in-person Second Saturday Divorce Workshop in Littleton. For law, money, mediation and counseling we refer you to professionals we know; nobody pays for a referral and nobody gets an attendee list.

The live workshop is the free Second Saturday Divorce Workshop at St. Philip Lutheran Church, 7531 S Kendall Blvd, Sanctuary entrance, Littleton, CO 80128, 9 to 11 AM, hosted by Divorce Advice Colorado and Garske Mediation & Divorce Financial Analysis. Its panel is a real estate professional, a mortgage professional and a title professional, focused on what to do with the house; we refer you to family-law attorneys, financial analysts, mediators and counselors when you need one. Who verifies the credentials?
We do, before the name is published: DORA for real estate and mental-health licenses, the Colorado Supreme Court registry for attorneys, NMLS for lenders, and the issuing body for any designation. Presenters tell us if anything changes.
Can I present on Zoom instead of in the room?
Yes. The live workshop runs in person and on Zoom at the same time. Reviewed written or recorded material for the online workshop is also welcome and credited.
Is there a fee, or a fee paid to me?
Neither. Kenna pays for the venue, refreshments, materials and marketing; presenters volunteer their educational time.
Can I be listed without presenting?
No. The profile is earned by teaching. A resource-packet contributor is credited in the packet, not on the panel page.
